For nearly 20 years Jim Austin has been providing quality legal services, counseling and care to individual and business clients throughout Southeast Michigan with business, general civil, domestic and traffic matters.


Jim practices regularly in Oakland, Wayne, Washtenaw, Livingston, and Macomb County Circuit Courts. He has just opened a satellite office in Alden, Michigan to serve clients in Antrim, Grand Traverse, Charlevoix and Emmet Counties. He has argued cases before the Michigan Supreme Court, Michigan Court of Appeals, Federal District Courts and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has represented truckers and trucking companies on traffic matters in District Courts throughout the State of Michigan.
